The NCAA’s national title tournament Final Four bracket is now complete, and scheduled for tip off this Saturday in Indianapolis.
Of the four team’s to reach the semi final at Luca Oil Stadium, only one squad did so as a number one seed, in Duke. The Blue Devils routed the field
on their path to the Final Four odds mini tournament,
spanking their opponents by a combined 64-point margin. Of Syracuse, Kansas, and Kentucky, Duke was the team most critics thought would not be able to
live up to its status as a top seed, probably because of its history at recent tournaments, but it is the Blue Devils that have made the show.
Duke will play West Virginia in the online sportsbook Final Four, with the Mountaineers fresh off
their upset of number one seed Kentucky. West Virginia faced a nightmare match up on paper against the Wildcats, but a hot streak from beyond the arc
and a strong second half raised the Mountaineers in to the national title semi final.
A pair of number five seeds will square off in the other contest. Butler has won 24 straight games dating back to December of 2009, but will have to
overcome a battle-tested Michigan State team to win its first national title. The Spartans have been to this dance in six of their 12 seasons under
head coach Tom Izzo, including last year’s disappointing finish. Now Michigan State will get a chance at redemption, and another opportunity to call
itself national champion.
